Abstract
The present invention provides expression vectors for cell-surface expression of polypeptides comprising a transmembrane domain of glycophorin A.
Claims8
A nucleic acid expression vector for cell-surface expression of proteins comprising in order a polynucleotide sequence comprising a sequence encoding a secretion signal peptide, a cloning site for inserting a polynucleotide sequence encoding a protein to be expressed and a polynucleotide sequence comprising a sequence encoding a transmembrane domain of glycophorin, wherein the vector comprises a polynucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:5, SEQ ID NO:13, SEQ ID NO:14, and SEQ ID NO:15.
