A novel maize variety designated X13K527 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are produced by crossing inbred maize varieties. Methods for producing a maize plant by crossing hybrid maize variety X13K527 with another maize plant are disclosed. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into X13K527 through backcross conversion and/or transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby. This invention relates to the maize variety X13K527, the seed, the plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and minor modifications of maize variety X13K527. This invention further relates to methods for producing maize varieties derived from maize variety X13K527.
A seed of hybrid maize variety X13K527, representative seed produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH2558 with a second plant of variety PH2F59, wherein representative seed of the varieties PH2558 and PH2F59 have been deposited under ATCC Accession Numbers PTA-123180 and PTA-123681, respectively.
A seed of hybrid maize variety X13K527 further comprising at least a first transgene, representative seed produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH2558 with a second plant of variety PH2F59, wherein representative seed of the varieties PH2558 and PH2F59 have been deposited under ATCC Accession Numbers PTA-123180 and PTA-123681, respectively.
An F1 hybrid maize variety X13K527 seed further comprising a locus conversion, the seed being produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH2558 with a second plant of variety PH2F59;
