Claims23
A compound for an organic photoelectric device represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein, in Chemical Formula 1,
- X1 is one of Se, Te, S(═O), S(═O)2, and SiRaRb, wherein each of Ra and Rb is one of hydrogen and a C1 to C10 alkyl group,
- X2 is one of O, S, Se, Te, and C(Rc)(CN), wherein Rc is one of hydrogen, a cyano group (—CN), and a C1 to C10 alkyl group,
- each of Ar1 and Ar2 is independently one of a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group and a substituted or unsubstituted C4 to C30 heteroaryl group, and
- each of R1 to R5 is independently one of hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C4 to C30 heteroaryl group, a halogen, a cyano group (—CN), a cyano-containing group, and a combination thereof.
An organic photoelectric device comprising:
- a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other, and
- an active layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the active layer including the compound represented by Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein, in Chemical Formula 1,
- X1 is one of Se, Te, S(═O), S(═O)2, and SiRaRb, wherein each of Ra and Rb is one of hydrogen and a C1 to C10 alkyl group,
- X2 is one of O, S, Se, Te, and C(Rc)(CN), wherein Rc is one of hydrogen, a cyano group (—CN), and a C1 to C10 alkyl group,
- each of Ar1 and Ar2 is independently one of a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group and a substituted or unsubstituted C4 to C30 heteroaryl group, and
- each of R1 to R5 is independently one of hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C4 to C30 heteroaryl group, a halogen, a cyano group (—CN), a cyano-containing group, and combination thereof.
An active layer comprising a compound for an organic photoelectric device having a melting point higher than a deposition temperature of the compound, the compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:
