Abstract
This invention materially enhances the quality of the environment and mankind by contributing to the restoration or maintenance of the basic life-sustaining natural elements, by reducing the amount of carbon monoxide introduced to the atmosphere from a combustion system, achieved by furnishing a system's approach to optimize the amount of oxygen to be chemically combined with fuel upon ignition of both allowing the correct amount of carbon to combine with the correct amount of oxygen thus fully release the thermal energy stored therein.
Claims19
A high efficiency heating system to transfer heat to a zone, comprising:
- a heat exchange system connected to a heat exchange element forming a close internal channel to circulate a heat transfer medium there-through;
- a furnace housing therein is the heat exchange element;
- a treatment device housing a first treatment rod therein having one end and another end;
- an atomization nozzle being connected to the one end;
- a pump with an adjustable pressure regulator set to a predetermined pressure being connected to the another end;
- a fuel line connected between a tank and the pump;
- and
- a combustion controller connected to an igniter;
- wherein the pump transports fluid from the tank to the treatment device and the fluid is injected by the nozzle into the furnace and ignited by the igniter to release thermal energy of the fuel to the heat exchange element.
