Compounds

A compound of Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein
• R1 is:
• 5 to 6 membered monocyclic heteroaryl optionally substituted with i) C1-C5 alkyl optionally substituted with CF3 or CN, ii) CH2F;
• or iii) one to two substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halo, methyl, methoxy and CN;
• wherein said 5 to 6 membered monocyclic heteroaryl is selected from the group consisting of pyrrolyl, pyrazolyl, imidazolyl, oxazolyl, isoxazolyl, oxadiazolyl, thiazolyl, isothiazolyl, thiadiazolyl, furanyl, furazanyl, thienyl, triazolyl, pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyridazinyl, pyrazinyl, triazinyl, tetrazinyl, and tetrazolyl, or N-oxides thereof;
• or
• phenyl substituted with one to two substituents independently selected from the group consisting of CN, halo and methyl;
• R2 is C1-C3 alkyl;
• R3 is halo,
• R4 is H;
• R5 is C1-C3 alkyl,
• R6 is H or methyl;
• and
• R7 is tetrahydrofuranyl or tetrahydropyranyl, wherein said tetrahydrofuranyl or tetrahydropyranyl is optionally substituted with methyl.
