• Ax represents a group represented by a formula (II),
• wherein X represents —NR2—, an oxygen atom, or a sulfur atom, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, provided that an arbitrary C—H is optionally substituted with a nitrogen atom,
• D represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms that optionally includes —O—, —S—, —O—C(═O)—, —C(═O)—O—, —O—C(═O)—O—, —NR3—C(═O)—, —C(═O)—NR3—, —NR3—, or —C(═O)—, or a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkanediyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, provided that a case where the alkylene group includes two or more contiguous —O— or —S— is excluded, and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms,
