Abstract
The present invention relates to carbamoyl hydrazine derivatives, processes for preparing them, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use as pharmaceuticals as modulators of the FPR receptor.

A compound of Formula I:
- R1 is H, optionally substituted C1-6alkyl, C1-6haloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-8cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10aryl, optionally substituted heterocycle, halogen, —OR10, —C2-6alkenyl, —C2-6alkynyl, —CN, —C(O)R11, amine, amide, urea, sulfonamide, sulfone, sulfoxide, sulfide, sulfonic acid, nitro, phosphate or phosphonic acid;
- R2 is H, C1-6alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10aryl, optionally substituted heterocycle, —C2-6alkenyl, —C2-6 alkynyl, —CN, —C(O)R11, amine, amide, urea, sulfonamide, sulfone, sulfoxide, sulfide, sulfonic acid, nitro, phosphate or phosphonic acid;
- R3 is optionally substituted C1-6alkyl, C1-6haloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-8cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10aryl, optionally substituted heterocycle, halogen, —OR10, —C2-6alkenyl, —C2-6alkynyl, —CN, —C(O)R11, amine, amide, urea, sulfonamide, sulfone, sulfoxide, sulfide, sulfonic acid, nitro, phosphate or phosphonic acid;
- R4 is H, C1-6alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10aryl, optionally substituted heterocycle, —C2-6 alkenyl, —C2-6 alkynyl, —CN, —C(O)R11, amine, amide, urea, sulfonamide, sulfone, sulfoxide, sulfide, sulfonic acid, nitro, phosphate or phosphonic acid;
- R5 is H, optionally substituted C1-6alkyl, C1-6haloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10aryl, optionally substituted heterocycle, halogen, —OR10, —C2-6alkenyl, —C2-6alkynyl, —CN, —C(O)R11, amine, amide, urea, sulfonamide, sulfone, sulfoxide, sulfide, sulfonic acid, nitro, phosphate or phosphonic acid;
- R6 is H or optionally substituted C1-6alkyl;
- R7 is H or optionally substituted C1-6alkyl;
- R8 is H or optionally substituted C1-6alkyl;
- R9 is H or optionally substituted C1-6alkyl;
- a is 0, 1, 2 or 3;
- R10 is optionally substituted C1-6alkyl;
- R11 is —OH, —OC1-6alkyl or optionally substituted C1-6alkyl;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
