Abstract
A circuit includes a coupling structure and a first inductive device. The coupling structure includes two or more conductive loops and a set of conductive paths electrically connecting the two or more conductive loops. The first inductive device is magnetically coupled with a first conductive loop of the two or more conductive loops.

An integrated circuit device comprising:
- a pulse generator;
- a first driver electrically connected to the pulse generator;
- a first oscillator with a first inductor electrically connected to the first driver;
- a first conductive loop surrounding the first inductor, the first conductive loop being magnetically connected to the first inductor and electrically connected to a first conductive line and a second conductive line;
- a second conductive loop electrically connected to the first conductive line and the second conductive line;
- and
- a second oscillator with a second inductor electrically connected to the first driver and magnetically connected to the second conductive loop, wherein the second oscillator is surrounded by the second conductive loop, and wherein the first conductive line and the second conductive line are at least partially located directly between the first inductor and the second inductor.

An integrated circuit device comprising:
- a first inductive device and a second inductive device separated by a first distance, wherein the first inductive device is part of a first oscillator and the second inductive device is part of a second oscillator separate from the first oscillator;
- and
- a first continuous conductive material surrounding the first inductive device and the second inductive device while being electrically separated from both the first inductive device and the second inductive device, wherein the first continuous conductive material renders a mutual inductance between the first inductive device and the second inductive device independent of the first distance and at least a portion of the first continuous conductive material is located directly between the first inductive device and the second inductive device.
An integrated circuit device comprising:
- a first inductive device within a first oscillator and a second inductive device within a second oscillator;
- a first continuous conductive material electrically separated from both the first inductive device and the second inductive device, the first continuous conductive material comprising:
- a first loop encircling the first inductive device;
- and
- a second loop;
- and
- a second continuous conductive material electrically separated from both the first inductive device and the second inductive device, the second continuous conductive material comprising:
- a third loop encircling the second inductive device;
- and
- a fourth loop magnetically coupled with the second loop, wherein the fourth loop encircles the second loop.
