Presented herein inter alia are novel compounds and methods of using the same for the treatment of cancers.

A compound having the formula:
- wherein;
- L1 and L2 are independently a bond or —NH—C(NH)—;
- R1 is —NR1AR1B, wherein R1A and R1B are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and are joined together to form a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrolidinyl, or an unsubstituted piperidinyl;
- R2 is —NR2AR2B, wherein R2A and R2B are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and are joined together to form a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrolidinyl;
- and
- R3 is hydrogen or unsubstituted C1-C5 alkyl.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and a compound having formula:
- wherein;
- L1 and L2 are independently a bond or —NH—C(NH)—;
- R1 is —NR1AR1B, wherein R1A and R1B are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and are joined together to form a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrolidinyl, or an unsubstituted piperidinyl;
- R2 is —NR2AR2B, wherein R2A and R2B are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and are joined together to form a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrolidinyl;
- and
- R3 is hydrogen or unsubstituted C1-C5 alkyl.
