Mobile surveillance system

A mobile surveillance system, comprising:

• a mobile device in communication with a server, wherein:
• the server receives surveillance data transferred electronically from a surveillance area;
• and
• the surveillance data comprises metadata comprising at least one of audio, video, images, point in time and location of the surveillance area;
• at least one camera positioned at the surveillance area to capture the surveillance data;
• and
• a motion detection mechanism operably engaged to the camera, wherein:
• the motion detection mechanism detects variations in motion measurements at the surveillance area;
• the server comprises a processor that signals the server to transfer surveillance data to the mobile device when the motion detection mechanism obtains a motion detection measurement that exceeds a determined threshold that indicates the surveillance area is unsecure;
• the processor signals the server to retain the stored surveillance data when the motion detection mechanism obtains a motion detection measurement that reaches the determined threshold that indicates to the user that the surveillance area is not secure;
• the mobile device controls activation of the mobile surveillance system and control of start and stop of the capture of the surveillance data at the surveillance area;
• the mobile device controls the transfer of the surveillance data from the surveillance area;
• and
• the mobile device activates upon detection of motion at the surveillance area.

A method of delivering surveillance data to a mobile device user to provide surveillance, the method comprising:

• in a mobile surveillance system comprising:
• a server;
• a mobile device in communication with the server, wherein the server receives surveillance data transferred electronically from a surveillance area, and
• at least one camera positioned at the surveillance area, wherein:
• the at least one camera is configured to capture surveillance data from the surveillance area;
• the at least one camera comprises a motion detection device that detects variations in motion measurements at the surveillance area;
• and
• the at least one camera is further configured to transfer the surveillance data to the server, wherein:
• the server comprises a server memory and a server processor, wherein the server memory is configured to store surveillance data, and the server processor is configured to transfer surveillance data to the mobile device when the motion detection device obtains a motion detection measurement that exceeds a determined threshold that indicates the surveillance area is unsecure;
• and
• the mobile device comprises a mobile device memory and a mobile device processor;
• storing by the mobile device processor, the surveillance data in the mobile device memory;
• associating by the mobile device processor, the surveillance data to a user request;
• controlling by the mobile device, activating of the mobile surveillance system and controlling starting and stopping of the capture of the surveillance data at the surveillance area;
• controlling by the mobile device, the transfer of the surveillance data from the surveillance area;
• displaying by the mobile device, surveillance data on the mobile device based upon a request by the user;
• and
• activating by the mobile device processor, the mobile device upon detection of motion at the surveillance area.

A mobile surveillance system, comprising:

• a mobile device configured to communicate with at least one camera positioned at a surveillance area, wherein the at least one camera captures surveillance data of the surveillance area;
• and
• the mobile device is configured to control activation of the mobile surveillance system, and control start and stop of the capture of the surveillance data, and transfer of the surveillance data, wherein, the surveillance data is wirelessly communicated directly from a transmitter linked to the camera to the mobile device;
• and
• the mobile device is further configured to activate upon detection of motion at the surveillance area,
• wherein the detection of motion detects variations in motion measurements at the surveillance area;
• and
• wherein mobile device activates when the motion measurements exceeds a determined threshold.
