Abstract
A computing system is described that receives notification data associated with a user, and responsive to determining that the user is interacting with a first computing device at a first particular time, outputs, for transmission to the first computing device, the notification data. The computing system determines that the user is interacting with a second computing device at a second particular time, and responsive to determining, based on the second particular time being less than a threshold amount of time after the first particular time, that the user did not view the notification data at the first computing device, outputs, for transmission to the second computing device, the notification data.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- outputting, by the mobile computing device, at a first particular time, an indication of notification data associated with the user;
- determining, by the mobile computing device, that the user is not interacting with the mobile computing device at a second particular time, the second particular time occurring a threshold amount time after the first particular time;
- and
- responsive to determining that the user is not interacting with the mobile computing device at the second particular time, transmitting, by the mobile computing device and to a computerized watch, the notification data.
A mobile computing device comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one module operable by the at least one processor to:
- output, at a first particular time, an indication of notification data associated with the user;
- determine that the user is not interacting with the mobile computing device at a second particular time, the second particular time occurring a threshold amount time after the first particular time;
- and
- responsive to determining that the user is not interacting with the mobile computing device at the second particular time, transmit, to a computerized watch, the notification data.
A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed, cause one or more processors of a mobile computing device to:
- output, at a first particular time, an indication of notification data associated with the user;
- determine that the user is not interacting with the mobile computing device at a second particular time, the second particular time occurring a threshold amount time after the first particular time;
- and
- responsive to determining that the user is not interacting with the mobile computing device at the second particular time, transmit, to a computerized watch, the notification data.
