Abstract
A curved display apparatus includes a display panel having a curvature and including a display area, and a non-display area extending from at least one side of the display area, a cover window on the display panel, the cover window having a curvature and including a first region, and a second region extending from at least one side of the first region, and a functional film between the display panel and the cover window, the functional film including a first film portion corresponding to the first region, a second film portion corresponding to the second region, and an opening exposing the display area of the display panel.

A curved display apparatus comprising:
- a display panel having a curvature and comprising:
- a display area;
- and
- a non-display area extending from at least one side of the display area;
- a cover window on the display panel, the cover window having a curvature and comprising:
- a first region;
- and
- a second region extending from at least one side of the first region;
- and
- a functional film between the display panel and the cover window, the functional film comprising:
- a first film portion corresponding to the first region;
- a second film portion corresponding to the second region;
- and
- an opening exposing the display area of the display panel.
The curved display apparatus of clam 13, wherein the functional film comprises a refractive layer.
