High-molecular compound and light-emitting element using same

A composition comprising a polymer compound containing a group represented by the following general formula (1B) as a repeating unit, and a phosphorescent compound represented by the following general formula (Ir-1), (Ir-2) or (Ir-3):

• in the formula (1B), R1a represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, a monovalent aromatic heterocyclic group or an aralkyl group, and each of these groups is optionally substituted with a substituent, and a plurality of R1a can be the same or different,
• R1h and R1d represent each independently an alkyl group, an aryl group, a monovalent aromatic heterocyclic group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an aralkyl group, an arylalkoxy group, a substituted amino group, a substituted carbonyl group, a substituted carboxyl group, a fluorine atom or a cyano group, and R1h and R1d can be mutually linked to form a ring together with a carbon atom to which they are linked:
• in the formula (Ir-1),
• RD1, RD2, RD3, RD4, RD5, RD6, RD7 and RD8 represent each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, a monovalent aromatic heterocyclic group or a halogen atom, and each of these groups is optionally substituted with a substituent, wherein at least one of RD1 , RD2, RD3, RD4, RD5, RD6, RD7 and RD8 is a group represented by the following formula (Dend-A) or (Dend-B),
• -AD1 - - - AD2- represents an anionic bidentate ligand, and AD1 and AD2 each independently represent a carbon atom, an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom linking to an iridium atom,
• nD1 represents 1, 2 or 3:
• in the formula (Ir-2),
• RD11, RD12, RD13, RD14, RD15, RD16 , RD17, RD18, RD19 and RD20 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, a monovalent aromatic heterocyclic group or a halogen atom, and each of these groups is optionally substituted with a substituent, wherein at least one of RD11, RD12, RD13, RD14, RD15, RD 16, RD17, RD18, RD19 and RD20 is a group represented by the following formula (Dend-A) or (Dend-B),
• -AD1 - - - AD2- represents an anionic bidentate ligand, and AD1 and AD2 each independently represent a carbon atom, an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom linking to an iridium atom,
• nD2 represents 1, 2 or 3:
• in the formula (Ir-3),
• RD1, RD2, RD3, RD4, RD5, RD6, RD7, RD8, RD11, RD12, RD13, RD14, RD15, RD16, RD17, RD18, RD19 and RD20 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, a monovalent aromatic heterocyclic group or a halogen atom, and each of these groups is optionally substituted with a substituent, wherein at least one of RD1, RD2, RD3, RD4, RD5, RD6, RD7, RD8, RD11, RD12, RD13, RD14 RD15, RD16, RD17, RD18, RD19 and RD20 is a group represented by the following formula (Dend-A) or (Dend-B),
• -AD1 - - - AD2- represents an anionic bidentate ligand, and AD1 and AD2 each independently represent a carbon atom, an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom linking to an iridium atom,
• nD3 represents 1 or 2:
• in the formula (Dend-A),
• GDA1 represents a nitrogen atom, a trivalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a trivalent aromatic heterocyclic group,
• ArDA1, ArDA2 and ArDA3 each independently represent an arylene group or a divalent aromatic heterocyclic group,
• TDA2 and TDA3 each independently represent an aryl group or a monovalent aromatic heterocyclic group,
• mDA1, mDA2 and mDA3 each independently represent an integer of 0 or more:
• in the formula (Dend-B),
• GDA1, GDA2 and GDA3 each independently represent a nitrogen atom, a trivalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a trivalent aromatic heterocyclic group,
• ArDA1, ArDA2, ArDA3, ArDA4, ArDA5, ArDA6 and ArDA7 each independently represent an arylene group or a divalent aromatic heterocyclic group,
• TDA4, TDA5, TDA6 and TDA7 each independently represent an aryl group or a monovalent aromatic heterocyclic group, and
• mDA1, mDA2, mDA3, mDA4, mDA5, mDA6 and mDA7 each independently represent an integer of 0 or more.
