Anti-EPHRINB2 antibodies and methods using same

A method of inhibiting angiogenesis comprising administration of an anti-EphrinB2 antibody to a subject in need of such treatment, wherein the anti-EphrinB2 antibody comprises (a) a light chain, wherein the light chain comprises three hypervariable regions (HVRs) and wherein SEQ ID NO:6 or 7 correspond to an HVR-L1, SEQ ID NO:8 or 9 correspond to an HVR-L2, SEQ ID NO:10, 11 or 12 correspond to an HVR-L3;

• and (b) a heavy chain, wherein the heavy chain comprises three HVRs and wherein SEQ ID NO:1 or 2 correspond to an HVR-H1, SEQ ID NO:3 or 4 correspond to an HVR-H2, and SEQ ID NO:5 corresponds to an HVR-H3.
