A solid pharmaceutical composition comprising a crystal form of 5-[3-(2,5-dichloro-4,6-dimethyl-1-oxy-pyridin-3-yl)[1,2,4]oxadiazol-5-yl]-3-nitrobenzene-1,2-diol having an X-ray powder diffractogram that exhibits peaks at about the following 2θ angles:
- 5.7, 6.9, 13.8 and 19.6.
