Abstract
A digital image of the object is captured and the object is recognized from plurality of objects in a database. An information address corresponding to the object is then used to access information and initiate communication pertinent to the object.
Claims26
A method of enabling interaction with a game, comprising:
- obtaining, by a mobile device, a digital representation of a gaming environment, the digital representation comprising image data and location data;
- recognizing, by at least one of a server and the mobile device, at least one object from the digital representation as a target object considered to be part of a game based at least in part on the digital representation;
- identifying, by at least one of a server and the mobile device, content information associated with the target object based on a location of the target object;
- accessing, by at least one of the server and the mobile device, the content information via an information address associated with the target object;
- and
- incorporating, by the mobile device, the content information into the game.

A system comprising at least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
- obtain, from a mobile device sensor of a mobile device, a digital representation of a gaming environment, the digital representation comprising image data and location data;
- recognize at least one object from the digital representation as a target object considered to be part of a game based at least in part on the digital representation;
- identify content information associated with the target object based on a location of the target object;
- access the content information via an information address associated with the target object;
- and
- incorporate the content information into the game.
