Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for reducing sweating in humans, characterized in that said composition comprises a compound capable of reduction of ITPR2 protein function and reduction of levels of ITPR2 mRNA and/or ITPR2 protein, and optionally pharmaceutically acceptable carriers and/or excipients, as well as to methods of treatment and specific siRNA molecules and their use in therapy.

A composition for reducing sweating in humans, the composition, comprising:
- a nucleic acid molecule capable of reducing levels of ITPR2 mRNA, the nucleic acid molecule being an siRNA molecule selected from the group consisting of molecules according to SEQ ID NOs:
- 2-3;
- and
- one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers and/or excipients.
A method for reducing sweating in an individual, comprising administering to the individual an siRNA molecule selected from the group consisting of molecules according to SEQ ID NOs:
- 2-3.
