Claims13
A recombinant nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an antibody light chain or an antibody heavy chain,
- wherein the antibody light chain comprises:
- (a) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79 or the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79 with variants such that it is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79, or
- (b) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO:81 or the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO:
- 81 with variants such that it is at least 98% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO:81;
- and
- wherein the antibody heavy chain comprises:
- (c) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78 or the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78 with variants such that it is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78, or
- (d) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80 or the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80 with variants such that it is at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80.
