A composition comprising
- (a) a peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2, wherein the peptide has osteoinductive activity or chondroinductive activity, and
- (b) collagenase, wherein the molar ratio of the peptide to collagenase is between 1:100 and 100:1.
