Abstract
A display device including a substrate, a first gate electrode, a second gate electrode, an active layer, and a first data electrode is provided. The active layer is disposed between the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode. And one of the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode is connected to the data line, so as to reduce the off leak current.
Claims9
A display device, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first gate electrode disposed on the substrate;
- a second gate electrode disposed between the first gate electrode and the substrate;
- an active layer disposed between the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode, the active layer overlapped with the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode;
- and
- a first data electrode disposed on the substrate and connected to the active layer,
- wherein the second gate electrode is electrically connected to the first data electrode, and the first gate electrode is electrically isolated to the second gate electrode and the first data electrode.
