Lock device and valve device

A valve device comprising:

• a valve member having a diaphragm and placed in a valve body having an inlet port and an outlet port, the valve member being configured to obstruct the inlet and outlet ports or to allow the inlet and outlet ports to communicate with each other,
• a rotating part rotating around a central axis thereof, for driving the valve member so as to place the valve member at an obstructing position or at a communicating position,
• a rotating part holder for holding the rotating part in such a way that the rotating part is rotatable,
• an operating part for rotating the rotating part, and
• a tubular member fitted to the rotating part in such a manner that the tubular member is movable along the central axis of the rotating part in both directions;
• wherein the tubular member has a protrusion which is formed on an inner circumferential face of the tubular member and has a longitudinal axis that extends parallel with a central axis of the tubular member, and the protrusion engages or disengages from a plurality of recesses which is formed in an outer circumferential face of the rotating part holder parallel with a central axis of the rotating part holder when the tubular member moves in either direction,
• wherein the plurality of recesses is a plurality of longitudinal grooves which comprises at least a first longitudinal groove, a second longitudinal groove and a third longitudinal groove,
• wherein the first longitudinal groove is formed corresponding to the obstructing position,
• wherein the second longitudinal groove is formed corresponding to the communicating position, and
• wherein the third longitudinal groove is disposed between the obstructing position and the communicating position.

A lock device applicable to a valve device comprising:

• a valve member having a diaphragm and placed in a valve body having an inlet port and an outlet port, the valve member being configured to obstruct the inlet and outlet ports or to allow the inlet and outlet ports to communicate with each other,
• a rotating part rotating around a central axis thereof, for driving the valve member so as to place the valve member at an obstructing position or at a communicating position,
• a rotating part holder for holding the rotating part in such a way that the rotating part is rotatable, and
• an operating part for rotating the rotating part,
• the lock device comprising:
• a tubular member fitted to the rotating part in such a manner that the tubular member is movable along the central axis of the rotating part in both directions, wherein the tubular member has a protrusion which is formed on an inner circumferential face of the tubular member and has a longitudinal axis that extends parallel with a central axis of the tubular member, and the protrusion engages or disengages from a plurality of recesses which is formed in an outer circumferential face of the rotating part holder parallel with a central axis of the rotating part holder when the tubular member moves in either direction,
• wherein the plurality of recesses is a plurality of longitudinal grooves, and
• wherein the protrusion is a pin which is disposed radially inward between the inner circumferential face of the tubular member and the outer circumferential face of the rotating part holder so as to be capable of engaging one of the plurality of longitudinal grooves and is independent of the tubular member.

A valve device, comprising:

• a valve member having a diaphragm and placed in a valve body having an inlet port and an outlet port, the valve member being configured to obstruct the inlet and outlet ports or to allow the inlet and outlet ports to communicate with each other,
• a rotating part rotating around a central axis thereof, for driving the valve member so as to place the valve member at an obstructing position or at a communicating position,
• a rotating part holder for holding the rotating part in such a way that the rotating part is rotatable,
• an operating part for rotating the rotating part, and
• a tubular member fitted to the rotating part in such a manner that the tubular member is movable along the central axis of the rotating part in both directions,
• wherein the tubular member has a protrusion which is formed on an inner circumferential face of the tubular member and has a longitudinal axis that extends parallel with a central axis of the tubular member, and the protrusion engages or disengages from a plurality of recesses which is formed in an outer circumferential face of the rotating part holder parallel with a central axis of the rotating part holder when the tubular member moves in either direction,
• wherein the plurality of recesses is a plurality of longitudinal grooves, and
• wherein the protrusion is a pin which is disposed radially inward between the inner circumferential face of the tubular member and the outer circumferential face of the rotating part holder so as to be capable of engaging one of the plurality of longitudinal grooves and is independent of the tubular member.
