Compounds of formula (I) and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts are described wherein R1, R2, X, Y, A, B are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed are methods for preparing the compounds of formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

A compound of the following formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein:
- R1 represents an aromatic group which is mono- or polysubstituted with R3, wherein the aromatic group is phenyl or benzisothiazolyl;
- R3 is H, Cl, CF3, or CH3;
- when R3 are groups for polysubstitution, each R3 is independently selected from the group consisting of the above-mentioned groups;
- A, B and X each represents N;
- R2 is H;
- and
- Y represents butylene group.
