Method for transmitting demodulation reference signals in wireless communication system and terminal using same

A user equipment (UE) for transmitting demodulation reference signals, the UE comprising:

• a radio frequency (RF) unit configured to transmit and receive a radio signal;
• and
• a processor coupled to the RF unit and configured to:
• receive synchronization signals including a primary synchronization signal and a secondary synchronization signal,
• transmit a first demodulation reference signal based on a physical cell identity (ID) which is determined by the synchronization signals,
• receive a higher layer signal, and
• transmit a second demodulation reference signal based on a virtual cell ID which is configured by the higher layer signal,
• wherein the second demodulation reference signal is transmitted in two slots in a subframe, one sequence group is selected in each of the two slots and the second demodulation reference signal is generated by cyclically shifting one base sequence selected in the selected sequence group, and
• wherein the one base sequence is determined based on the virtual cell ID.
