Methods, systems, and media for generating an advertisement from a video stream

A system for generating an advertisement from a video stream, the system comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• a hardware processor that, when executing computer executable instructions stored in the memory, is programmed to:
• receive, from a first user device, advertisement parameters associated with an advertisement campaign for placing an advertisement based on the advertisement parameters, wherein the advertisement parameters include one or more keywords and a time delay indicator corresponding to a time limit for removing one or more live video streams associated with the first user device;
• receive, from the first user device, a live video stream and content for insertion into the live video stream;
• receive, from a second user device, a request to receive an advertisement;
• identify the live video stream based on the one or more keywords included in the advertisement parameters;
• generate the advertisement by inserting at least a portion of the content into the live video stream;
• and
• cause the advertisement to be presented on the second user device in response to determining that a time period greater than the time delay indicator has elapsed.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium containing computer executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform a method for generating an advertisement from a video stream, the method comprising:

• receiving, from a first user device, advertisement parameters associated with an advertisement campaign for placing an advertisement based on the advertisement parameters, wherein the advertisement parameters include one or more keywords and a time delay indicator corresponding to a time limit for removing one or more live video streams associated with the first user device;
• receiving, from the first user device, a live video stream and content for insertion into the live video stream;
• receiving, from a second user device, a request to receive an advertisement;
• identifying the live video stream based on the one or more keywords included in the advertisement parameters;
• generating the advertisement by inserting at least a portion of the content into the live video stream;
• and
• causing the advertisement to be presented on the second user device in response to determining that a time period greater than the time delay indicator has elapsed.
