Abstract
An aluminum wire body, in which an aluminum or aluminum alloy electric wire and a metal to be joined are joined by solder, wherein the solder includes an oxide glass including vanadium and a conducting particle. Preferably, the conducting particle contained in the solder is 90% by volume or less and the oxide glass is 20% by volume to 90% by volume. Further preferably, the oxide glass includes 40% by mass or more of Ag2O in terms of oxides and the glass transition point is 180° C. or less.
Claims12
Solder joining an aluminum or aluminum alloy electric wire and a metal to be joined, wherein
- the solder comprises an oxide glass including vanadium and a conducting particle, and the oxide glass in a total amount of the oxide glass and the conducting particle is 40% to 90% by volume.
An aluminum wire body comprising:
- an aluminum or aluminum alloy electric wire,
- a metal to be joined, and
- a connected portion in which the electric wire and the metal to be joined are joined by solder containing an oxide glass comprising vanadium and a conducting particle,
- wherein the solder, which is burned in the connected portion, comprises a vanadium alloy phase.
