• G1 and G2 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aliphatic group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms that optionally includes —O—, —S—, —O—C(═O)—, —C(═O)—O—, —O—C(═O)—O—, —NR2—C(═O)—, —C(═O)—NR2—, —NR2—, or —C(═O)—, provided that a case where the aliphatic group includes two or more contiguous —O—or —S—is excluded, R2 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms,
• Z1 and Z2 are independently an alkenyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms that is substituted with a halogen atom, or unsubstituted,
• Ax is a group represented by a formula (II),
• wherein X is a nitrogen atom or a carbon atom, and Ra and Rb are independently a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 18 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaromatic ring group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms,
• Ay is a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 12 carbon atoms, or the group represented by the formula (II),
• A1 is a substituted or unsubstituted trivalent aromatic group,
• A2 and A3 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted divalent alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 3 to 30 carbon atoms,
• A4 and A5 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aromatic group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms,
• Q1 is a hydrogen atom, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and m and n are independently 0 or 1.
