A method of treating a disease, selected from multiple sclerosis and psoriasis, by administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of formula (Ia) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein:
- R1 is unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl;
- La is unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl linker;
- and
- R2 is H, unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl, unsubstituted C2-C6 alkenyl, or unsubstituted C2-C6 alkynyl.
