Multi-component body pillow and methods

A pillow system, comprising:

• a body pillow, the body pillow comprising:
• a head portion for supporting a head of a person;
• and
• a leg portion, wherein:
• the leg portion comprises an upper section and a lower section;
• the upper section of the leg portion is between the head portion and the lower section;
• the upper section comprises fill material;
• the upper section of the leg portion of the body pillow has a first height;
• the head portion has a second height;
• the lower section of the leg portion has a third height;
• the first height is less than the second height and the third height;
• the upper section comprises a length measured in a direction from the lower section of the leg portion to the head portion;
• the upper section of the leg portion includes a length of stitching that longitudinally divides at least a portion of the upper section along the length of the upper section;
• and
• the lower section of the leg portion is for supporting a leg of the person;
• and
• a torso pillow coupled with the body pillow, wherein when the pillow system is positioned against a user, the head portion is adjacent to a head of the user, the lower section of the leg portion is adjacent to a leg of the user, and the torso pillow is adjacent to a belly or a back of the user.
