Method for controlling signal transmission power and device for same

A communication apparatus for controlling transmission powers in a wireless communication system supporting a plurality of component carriers, the communication apparatus comprising:

• a processor configured to:
• control transmission powers for one or more channels per each component carrier in such a way that a total transmission power of one or more channels in a corresponding component carrier does not exceed a maximum transmission power configured for the corresponding component carrier,
• when a simultaneous transmission of a sounding reference symbol (SRS) on a first component carrier and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) on a second component carrier is scheduled, check whether a total of a PUSCH transmission power for a transmission of the PUSCH on the second component carrier and an SRS transmission power for a transmission of the SRS on the first component carrier exceeds a maximum transmission power configured for the communication apparatus, and
• drop the transmission of the SRS if the total of the PUSCH transmission power and the SRS transmission power exceeds the maximum transmission power configured for the communication apparatus.
