Receiving apparatus in wireless communication system and channel estimation control method

A control method for a receiving apparatus in a wireless communication system, the control method comprising:

• selecting whether i) to use both a first uplink reference signal with which a control information is not multiplexed and a second uplink reference signal with which the control information signal is multiplexed for channel estimation or ii) to use only the first uplink reference signal for the channel estimation without using the second uplink reference signal;
• and
• carrying out the channel estimation by use of the selected one or more uplink reference signals.

A receiving apparatus in a wireless communication system, the receiving apparatus comprising:

• a receiver that is configured to receive a first uplink reference signal, with which a control information signal is not multiplexed, and a second uplink reference signal, with which a control information signal is multiplexed;
• and
• a processor that is configured to select whether i) to use both the first uplink reference signal with which the control information is not multiplexed and the second uplink reference signal with which the control information signal is multiplexed for channel estimation or ii) to use the first uplink reference signal for the channel estimation without using the second uplink reference signal, and to carry out the channel estimation by use of the selected one or more uplink reference signals.
