The present disclosure relates to rotating electric machines which may be used for industrial applications, to a method for manufacturing a rotor of a synchronous reluctance motor, a rotor of a synchronous reluctance motor, and a synchronous reluctance motor. A rotor of a synchronous reluctance motor according to the present disclosure has a cylindrical rotor body part casted from a superparamagnetic material, and ferromagnetic flux guides arranged inside the casted cylindrical rotor body part.
