Abstract
A display panel includes a thin film transistor substrate and a display layer disposed on the thin film transistor substrate and having a display. The thin film transistor substrate may include a base substrate, a stress relief layer disposed on the base substrate and including at least one stress relief pattern, and a driver layer disposed on the stress relief layer and including at least one thin film transistor coupled to the display.
Claims19
A display panel comprising:
- a thin film transistor substrate;
- and
- a display layer disposed on the thin film transistor substrate and including a display,
- wherein the thin film transistor substrate comprises:
- a base substrate;
- a stress relief layer disposed on the base substrate and including at least one stress relief pattern, wherein the stress relief layer includes a plurality of support patterns disposed spaced apart from each other and having a stripe shape, and wherein the at least one stress relief pattern is disposed between the support patterns;
- and
- a driver layer disposed on the stress relief layer and including at least one thin film transistor coupled to the display.

- a thin film transistor substrate;
- and
- a display layer disposed on the thin film transistor substrate and including a display,
- wherein the thin film transistor substrate comprises:
- a base substrate;
- a stress relief layer disposed on the base substrate and including at least one stress relief pattern;

- a driver layer disposed on the stress relief layer and including at least one thin film transistor coupled to the display, and
- wherein the at least one stress relief pattern is an empty space having a trench shape in which a part of the stress relief layer is removed.
