## Abstract

Bis(difluoromethyl)pyrazole derivatives of the formula (I) in which the symbols R1, X and G are each as defined in the description, and agrochemically active salts, metal complexes and N-oxides thereof, and use thereof for controlling phytopathogenic harmful fungi, and also processes for preparing compounds of the formula (I).

### Claim 1

A compound of formula (VIII)
wherein W1 is [3,5 bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl, and R1 is hydrogen or halogen.

The compound of claim 1, wherein the R1 is hydrogen.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The compound of claim 1, wherein the R1 is halogen.

### Claim 4

A reaction product formed by reacting the following reactants
and hydroxylamine, wherein
W1 is [3,5 bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl, and R1 is hydrogen or halogen.

The reaction product of claim 4, wherein the R1 is hydrogen.

### Claim 6 (depends on 4)

The reaction product of claim 4, wherein the R1 is halogen.
