## Abstract

Solid forms comprising 3-(5-amino-2-methyl-4-oxo-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-piperidine-2,6-dione, compositions comprising the solid forms, methods of making the solid forms and methods of their uses are disclosed.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of treating or managing a disease or disorder comprising administering to a patient having the disease or disorder a solid form comprising a hydrochloride salt of 3-(5-amino-2-methyl-4-oxo-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-piperidine-2,6-dione:
having an X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising peaks at approximately 8.6° 2θ, 13.1° 2θ, 20.5° 2θ and 26.3° 2θ, wherein the disease or disorder is leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, or myeloproliferative disease.

The method of claim 1, wherein the disease or disorder is leukemia or lymphoma.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The method of claim 2, wherein the lymphoma is Hodgkin's lymphoma.

### Claim 4 (depends on 2)

The method of claim 2, wherein the lymphoma is Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The method of claim 4, wherein the Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, cutaneous B-cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Waldenstrom's macrogliobineima, mantle cell lymphoma, or follicular lymphoma.

The method of claim 2, wherein the leukemia is chronic lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myelocytic leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myelogenous leukemia, or acute myeloblastic leukemia.

The method of claim 1, wherein the disease or disorder is multiple myeloma, smoldering myeloma, or indolent myeloma.

The method of claim 1, wherein the disease or disorder is myelodysplastic syndrome or myeloproliferative disease.
