According to the invention, there is provided seed and plants of the hybrid corn variety designated CH664466. The invention thus relates to the plants, seeds and tissue cultures of the variety CH664466, and to methods for producing a corn plant produced by crossing a corn plant of variety CH664466 with itself or with another corn plant, such as a plant of another variety. The invention further relates to genetic complements of plants of variety CH664466.

(a) a plant of variety CV044291, or a selfed progeny thereof, having a transgene introduced by backcrossing or transformation, with a plant of variety CV209625,
(b) a plant of variety CV209625, or a selfed progeny thereof, having a transgene introduced by backcrossing or transformation, with a plant of variety CV044291, or
(c) a plant of variety CV209625, or a selfed progeny thereof, having a transgene introduced by backcrossing or transformation, with a plant of variety CV044291, or a selfed progeny thereof, having a transgene introduced by backcrossing or transformation,
wherein said backcrossing is sufficient to produce a plant further comprising a transgene and otherwise all of the morphological and physiological characteristics of corn variety CV209625 or corn variety CV044291, and wherein representative seed of said varieties CV209625 and CV044291 have been deposited under ATCC Accession numbers PTA-123810 and PTA-122893, respectively, and wherein said transgene is inherited by said corn seed.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The seed of claim 7, wherein the transgene confers a trait selected from the group consisting of male sterility, herbicide tolerance, insect resistance, disease resistance, waxy starch, modified fatty acid metabolism, modified phytic acid metabolism, modified carbohydrate metabolism and modified protein metabolism.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

A method of producing the seed of claim 1, said method comprising crossing a plant of variety CV209625 with a plant of variety CV044291, wherein representative seed of variety CV209625 and variety CV044291 have been deposited under ATCC Accession numbers PTA-123810 and PTA-122893, respectively.

### Claim 10

A seed of hybrid corn variety CH664466 further comprising a first single locus conversion, wherein said seed is produced by crossing a first plant of variety CV209625 with a second plant of variety CV044291, wherein representative seed of said varieties CV209625 and CV044291 have been deposited under ATCC Accession numbers PTA-123810 and PTA-122893, respectively, and wherein one or both of the first plant and second plant further comprises said single locus conversion, and wherein a plant grown from said seed comprises a trait conferred by said single locus conversion.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The seed of claim 10, wherein the single locus conversion confers a trait selected from the group consisting of male sterility, herbicide tolerance, insect resistance, disease resistance, waxy starch, modified fatty acid metabolism, modified phytic acid metabolism, modified carbohydrate metabolism and modified protein metabolism.

### Claim 12 (depends on 10)

A plant grown from the seed of claim 10.

### Claim 13

A method of introducing a heritable trait into hybrid corn variety CH664466, said method comprising the steps of:
(a) introducing said heritable trait into at least one inbred corn variety selected from the group consisting of variety CV209625 and variety CV044291 to produce a plant of the first inbred corn variety that heritably carries said heritable trait, wherein said heritable trait is introduced into said first inbred corn variety by backcrossing, wherein said backcrossing is sufficient to produce a plant further comprising a heritable trait, and wherein representative seed of variety CV209625 and variety CV044291 have been deposited under ATCC Accession numbers PTA-123810 and PTA-122893, respectively; and
(b) crossing said plant of the first inbred corn variety that heritably carries said heritable trait with a plant of a different variety selected from said group consisting of CV209625 and CV044291 to produce a plant of said hybrid corn variety CH664466 further comprising said heritable trait.
