Abstract
In one example, an article for an imaging supply for a printer that includes a first memory and a second memory in which the first memory stores an indication that unsigned data or signed data is stored on the second memory and the second memory stores consumables management data to cause the printer to define at least one of a yield, a low point, and an out point of the imaging supply.

- a first part storing an indication that unsigned data is stored in the memory;
- and
- a second part different from the first part storing the unsigned data.
An article for an imaging supply for a printer, comprising a memory having:
- a first part storing an indication that a digital signature to authenticate the imaging supply to the printer is stored in the memory;
- and
- a second part different from the first part, storing the digital signature.
