A compound of Formula 1:
- wherein
- R1 is H, —CH3, CF3, or a substituted or unsubstituted (C2 to C5) lower alkyl;
- R2 is C(═Y)R4;
- R3 is (C1 to C30) substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, cycloalkynyl, heterocycle, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, alkylaryl or heteroarylalkyl;
- R4 is (C1 to C10) substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl;
- and
- Y is O.
