A compound having a structure according to Formula A
- wherein R1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl;
- wherein R2 is lower alkyl;
- wherein R3 is OH or SH;
- wherein R4 and R5 are lower alkyl;
- and
- wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are independently, optionally labelled with 18F or 11C;
- and
- E is O or S.
