Abstract
Biocomposite compositions and compositions, which include dried distillers solubles, and which can be used in making biocomposite compositions are described. Methods for preparing the compositions are also described.
Claims14
A biopolymer composition comprising:
- 0.01 wt. % to about 95 wt. % of a thermoactive material comprising a polybutylene resin, copolymers thereof or mixtures thereof, wherein the wt % is based on a total weight of the composition;
- and
- a biocomposite additive comprising a post ethanol fermentation byproduct consisting essentially of dried distiller's solubles.
