Abstract
Compounds having the following structure (VI-A): or any pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, or any stereoisomer thereof, wherein RE1, RE2, RE3, RE4, ZE2 and ZE3 are as disclosed herein, are provided. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, and methods for use of the compounds for treating disorders associated with necrosptosis are also provided.

A compound having the following structure:
- wherein:
- XE5 is O or S;
- RE3 is optionally substituted C3-10 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocyclyl, optionally substituted aryl, or optionally substituted heteroaryl;
- R9 is halogen, CN, NO2, OR13, NR13R14, COR15, CO2R15, or optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl;
- each R13 and R14 is, independently, H, COR16, CO2R16, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-10 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocyclyl, optionally substituted aryl, or optionally substituted heteroaryl;
- and
- each R15 and R16 is, independently, H, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-10 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocyclyl, optionally substituted aryl, or optionally substituted heteroaryl;
- or any pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, or any stereoisomer thereof.
