A salt of (Z)—O-octadec-9-en-1-yl O,O-dihydrogen phosphorothioate with an L-Lysine addition in a crystalline form, wherein said crystalline form exhibits an X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising peaks expressed in 2-Theta degrees substantially at 5.29°, 7.07°, 8.83°, 10.62°, 14.19°, 16.00°, 17.79°, 18.52°, 18.99°, 19.40°, 23.27°, 25.05°, and 32.85°.
