Abstract
A motor includes an enhanced strength of a stator, the stator being formed with a plurality of core plates stacked one on top of another, and a rotor rotatably disposed at an inner side or at an outer side of the stator. Each core plate includes a body provided in a shape of an arc, a plurality of teeth radially extended from the body, and having a coil wound thereto, at least one first slit part formed on the body by being slit in a radial direction of the body, and at least one second slit part formed on the body by being slit in a circumferential direction of the body.
Claims19
A motor comprising:
- a stator formed with a plurality of core plates stacked one on top of another;
- and
- a rotor rotatably provided to electromagnetically interact with the stator,
- wherein each core plate comprises:
- a body provided in a shape of an arc comprising a first end and a second end;
- a plurality of teeth radially extended from a first side of the body and provided between the first end and the second end of the body;
- at least one first slit part formed on the body between the first side of the body and a second side of the body and between the first end and the second end of the body, wherein the at least one first slit part is spaced apart from the second side of the body and elongated in a radial direction of the body;
- and
- at least two second slit parts formed on the body and elongated in a circumferential direction of the body, the at least two second slit parts being symmetrically disposed to each other while interposing the at least one first slit part thereinbetween.
A washing machine comprising:
- a body;
- a tub disposed inside the body to store washing water;
- a drum disposed inside the tub while being rotatably supported by the tub through a driving shaft;
- and
- a motor mounted at the tub and configured to rotate the driving shaft, wherein the motor comprises:
- a stator formed with a plurality of core plates stacked one on top of another;
- and
- a rotor rotatably provided to electromagnetically interact with the stator,
- wherein each core plate comprises:
- a body provided in a shape of an arc comprising a first end and a second end;
- a plurality of teeth radially extended from a first side of the body and provided between the first end and the second end of the body;
- at least one first slit part formed on the body between the first side of the body and a second side of the body and between the first end and the second end of the body, wherein the at least one first slit part is spaced apart from the second side of the body and elongated in a radial direction of the body;
- and
- at least two second slit parts formed on the body and elongated in a circumferential direction of the body, the at least two second slit parts being symmetrically disposed to each other while interposing the at least one first slit part thereinbetween.
A motor for a washing machine configured to be used to rotate a drum of the washing machine, the motor comprising:
- a stator formed with a plurality of core plates stacked one on top of another;
- and
- a rotor rotatably provided to electromagnetically interact with the stator,
- wherein each core plate comprises:
- a body provided in a shape of an arc comprising a first end and a second end;
- a plurality of teeth radially extended from a first side of the body and provided between the first end and the second end of the body;
- at least two first slit parts formed at a portion of the body, the at least two first slit parts being positioned between two teeth which are adjacent to each other among the plurality of teeth, and being elongated in a first direction;
- and
- at least one second slit part disposed between the at least two first slit parts, and elongated in a second direction different from the first direction,
- wherein
- one of the two first slit parts is provided between the first side of the body and a second side of the body, between the first end and the second end of the body, and spaced apart from the second side of the body, and
- the at least two first slit parts are symmetrically disposed to each other while interposing the at least one second slit part thereinbetween.
A stator comprising:
- a plurality of core plates stacked one on top of another, wherein each core plate comprises:
- an arc-shaped body comprising a first end and a second end, wherein a plurality of teeth extend from one side of the body in a first direction, and the body is elongated in a second direction from the first end to the second end;
- a first slit part formed in the body in the first direction, between two adjacent teeth which are provided between the first end and the second end of the body;
- a second slit part formed in the body in the first direction, between the two adjacent teeth, and having an opening at the one side of the body from which the plurality of teeth extend;
- and
- a third slit part formed in the body in the second direction, communicating with the first slit part.
