A compound of Formula I

• where:
• R1 is hydrogen or alkyl;
• R2 is hydrogen or alkyl;
• R3 is hydrogen, alkyl or halo;
• X1 is —CONH—, —CONHCH2CO—, —CONHCH2C(OH)H—, or —NH—;
• X2 is absent or benzyl wherein the benzyl can be substituted with 0-3 substituents selected from halo, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, and haloalkoxy;
• X3 is O or absent when X2 is absent;
• X4 is alkylene or alkenylene;
• X5 is O or absent;
• and
• X6 is azetidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, piperazinyl, morpholinyl, homopiperidinyl, homopiperazinyl, or homomorpholinyl, and is substituted with 0-3 halo or alkyl substituents;
• or X6 is phenyl or oxazinyl and is substituted with 0-3 substituents selected from halo, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, and haloalkoxy;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
