An imidazole-1-yl pyrimidine derivative represented by the following Chemical Formula 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• in Chemical Formula 1,
• Q1 is —CH2— or —CO—;
• Q2 is —CO— or —CONH—;
• R1 is a C6-C20 aryl, a C7-C20 alkylaryl, a C7-C20 arylalkyl, a C5-C20 heteroaryl, a C3-C20 cycloalkyl, or a C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, wherein said R1 is substituted with a halogen, a halogenated alkyl, hydroxyl group, carbonyl group, cyano group, alkoxy group, or a C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl or not.
