Abstract
The present application describes a monoclonal antibody selected from the group consisting of monoclonal antibody DS6, monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind to the antigen or epitope bound by monoclonal antibody DS6, and fragments of the foregoing that specifically bind to the antigen or epitope bound by monoclonal antibody DS6. Methods of use of such antibodies and the isolated antigen bound by such antibodies are also described.
Claims19
A method of imaging cancer in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a monoclonal antibody selected from the group consisting of a monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma cell line DS6 deposited with the American Type Culture Collection as deposit number PTA-4449 and fragments of the foregoing which specifically bind the epitope bound by a monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma cell line DS6 deposited with the American Type Culture Collection as deposit number PTA-4449,
- wherein the monoclonal antibody is detectably labeled with a radioisotope.
