Abstract
The invention relates to preparations comprising amorphous emodepside in a polyvinylpyrrolidone matrix, pharmaceuticals comprising such preparations, and their use against endoparasites in animals or humans.

Preparation comprising emodepside in a polyvinylpyrrolidone matrix, characterized in that at least 50% by weight of the emodepside is in an amorphous form and the preparation is either of melt extrudate or a coprecipitate.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a preparation according to any one of the preceding claims and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant.
