Abstract
A probe is provided for measuring high frequent pressure oscillations of hot gases that combines redundancy of the output signals with high quality of the output signals.
Claims15
A probe for measuring pressure oscillations, the probe comprising the following elements:
- a sensor holder comprising a stepped bore with a measuring bore and a shoulder, a pressure transmitter, which is in connection with the interior of the measuring bore, wherein
- the stepped bore receives a sensor plate that holds at least two or more pressure transmitters, and that a face of the sensor plate and the shoulder limit a cavity thereby connecting the measuring bore with sensing surfaces or membranes of at least two pressure transmitters.
