## Claims

### Claim 1

A crystalline form of romidepsin characterized by:
XRPD characteristic peaks at about 9.0 2θ, 10.3 2θ, 11.7 2θ, and 20.4 2θ;
a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermogram having endotherm at ˜255° C.; or
a thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) thermogram exhibiting a weight loss of ˜10.9%.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystalline form of romidepsin of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

A method of treating a hematological disorder comprising administering to a subject the crystalline form of romidepsin of claim 1, wherein the hematological disorder is cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) or peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The method of claim 3, wherein the hematological disorder is cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).

### Claim 5 (depends on 3)

The method of claim 3, wherein the hematological disorder is peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).

### Claim 6 (depends on 2)

A method of treating a hematological disorder comprising administering to a subject the pharmaceutical composition of claim 2, wherein the hematological disorder is cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) or peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).
