Interpolation filter based on time assignment algorithm

An interpolation filter comprising:

• an enable signal generating part generating enable signals for operations of the interpolation filter based on a demanded sampling rate;
• an input value generating part generating input values from input data;
• a first calculating part generating a first output value having the demanded sampling rate based on a first enable signal among the enable signals and first input values among the input values for a first calculation period;
• a second calculating part generating a second output value having the demanded sampling rate based on a second enable signal among the enable signals and second input values among the input values for a second calculation period;
• and
• an output value selecting part selecting a final output value among the first output value and the second output value based on preconfigured selection criteria,
• wherein the first calculation period and the second calculation period are determined according to a rate of the input data.
