Apparatuses and methods for providing oscillation signals

An apparatus comprising:

• first and second voltage nodes;
• a voltage divider including a first transistor and a first circuit node that are coupled in series between the first and second voltage nodes;
• a capacitance circuit;
• a first circuit coupled between one end of the capacitance circuit and the first voltage node and including a second transistor that is configured to serve as a current mirror circuit with the first transistor;
• a first comparator including a first input node coupled to the first circuit node, a second input node receiving a voltage of the one end of the capacitance circuit and an output node at which a first control signal is provided;
• and
• a logic circuit including a first input node coupled to the output node of the first comparator and an output node at which an oscillation signal is provided.

A method comprising:

• providing a reference current;
• passing the reference current through a first resistance element to provide a first reference voltage;
• providing a first current based on the reference current;
• changing a voltage of a capacitance circuit by the first current;
• comparing the voltage of the capacitance circuit with the first reference voltage to provide a first control signal;
• and
• providing an oscillation signal in response to the first control signal.
